Jensen served as a medic in the military before studying communications and eventually getting a master’s degree. Though his first civilian job was similar to his position at SendGrid, he was eager to be on a team that churned out new ideas and products without a grueling production time. Enter SendGrid, with its fast-paced environment and constant development.
Jensen’s days are split between customers and SendGrid employees. Outside the company’s office, he collects user feedback and helps uncover unmet needs. After gathering those details, he analyzes market trends used to help inform the Engineering Team about what to build next. His overall goal is to keep improving everything SendGrid has to offer.
