Victoria studied English at the University of California Irvine, where she gained experience in food service as a barista and a student manager at on-campus cafes. After graduation, Victoria landed a full-time position to run Panda’s licensee location on campus. When she decided to move to LA, Victoria joined Panda’s Innovation Kitchen Project.
Victoria arrives at the store at 9:45 AM, when she does a walk-through, starting in the parking lot, to make sure the store is clean and ready for customers. Victoria follows up on email and leads the 10 AM pre-shift meeting before prepping her team and restaurant for the day’s busiest times—the lunch and dinner rushes.
