Meet My Dog, Otis
Dogs are always welcome at the Kiva offices. Chelsa brings Otis, her “bundle of joy,” to work with her almost every day—and the whole office loves him (and loves to play with him, too).
What Kiva Does
Through Kiva, anyone can lend $25 to a borrower in the developing world, making it possible for artisans, farmers, and shopkeepers to realize their dreams and create a better future for themselves and their families. Kiva works hard to keep its lenders and borrowers connected, too, so lenders get a chance to see first-hand the impact their loan is having.
The Kiva Fellows Program
Kiva in the Field
The Kiva Fellows Program is a unique volunteer opportunity to experience the microfinance industry on the ground-level. Whether based internationally or in the U.S., Kiva Fellows are an integral part of the Kiva team, acting as eyes and ears in the field and helping it extend limited resources to maximum effect.

"The spirit of having fun and really caring about each other and encouraging each other is what makes Kiva such an incredible place to work."
