Exciting Endeavors
Kate's favorite projects combine exciting events with business productivity. For example, during the NCAA March Madness tournament, members of the Sales Team reached out to participating universities to explore the inventive ways in which Dropbox could be used to easily distribute rosters or share game plans. For Kate, figuring out creative ways to utilize Dropbox within the NCAA’s high-energy environment was both challenging and exciting.

What Kate Does
Head, Sales Development
After a early morning gym workout, Kate heads to Dropbox's Sales Department around 8:00 AM, sitting among reps and motivating the team to deliver on calls and identify potential business ventures. After taking a break for a friendly lunch with co-workers, Kate typically spends the rest of her day in meetings—brainstorming ways to improve sales productivity and hit sales targets.
