She moved through many aspects of strategy planning and marketing before making her way into the world of change management—and falling in love with the work. Colleen decided to join Centric Consulting for the clear communication and coaching and mentoring opportunities.

Colleen divides her time between three major responsibilities—sales, delivery, and practice management. She shares Centric’s Change Management methodology with prospective clients and then leads the teams that deliver the work. She also mentors Change Management team members from across the firm.
