Have you ever needed a career cheerleader? Someone who is in your corner and understands how stressful the job search process can feel? As a career coach for 15+ years, Erica has extensive experience working with new grads, young professionals, and career changers in a variety of industries. She provides nonjudgmental, practical, and detail-oriented coaching to help clients identify their unique strengths, tell impactful stories, and bring their authentic selves to work. Clients who identify as neurodivergent, introverted, or members of the LGBTQ+ community are especially welcome. Erica's schedule is fairly flexible, with most availability between noon and 11pm EST, working well for those looking for a coach after work, putting kids to bed, or who are night owls. Outside of coaching, Erica enjoys crafting, cats, and rewatching her favorite TV shows.
