Shelley-Ann West

Shelley has worked in design, education, and consulting. She provides information architecture, interaction design, design strategy, training, and user research services for a variety of clients. Shelley is a visual thinker who loves teaching mind mapping, other visualization techniques and is a Right-Brain Business Plan® Licensed Facilitator. She is an early adopter who reads way too much and has been drawing since she was old enough to hold a crayon.
