Management works closely with employees to make sure they have the support they need, and the co-founders themselves are always on site to help.
Team members feel like they’re able to speak their minds. “NeueHouse is very open to hearing what people have to say—both from the employees and members that make up this place,” explains Canteen Supervisor Carlos Ibarra.
The company also keeps employees on their toes—and the type of people who work at NeueHouse love that. “Uncertainty scares most people—but it’s what excites me the most about being at NeueHouse,” says Naz Ozbek, who joined the company as part of its Lead, Unite, Master and Advance (LUMA) Team—a flexible employee program enabling new hires to explore multiple fields. “I like not knowing and having to guess what comes next.”
