Could you sum up the core values of the company you work for in three or four words? It’s not easy—but if you can do it, that’s a sign your company has successfully defined its culture and guiding principles.
For example, Apple’s values can be boiled down to “ownership,” “simplicity,” “courage,” and “collaboration.”
As Steve Jobs said, “It takes a lot of hard work to make something simple, to truly understand the underlying challenges, and to come up with elegant soluions.”
