One of the most powerful business leaders in America, Indra Nooyi, PepsiCo's CEO, shares three key career lessons that anyone can learn from.

There aren’t many other people better qualified to give career advice than Indra Nooyi, CEO of PepsiCo, a $150 billion company. This video shares three of her best tips, including one that really resonated with me: Be courageous.

While that’s always easier said than done, she explains that great leaders do have to stand up for what they believe in, and that definitely takes courage in the face of opposition.

I know I, for one, am inspired by Nooyi—and I plan to keep her words of wisdom in the back of my head as I work through my own career.
