It’s not all in your head: There is such a thing as the “Sunday night blues.” After a weekend away from your desk, you’re staring down five days of projects and deadlines. As you start to think through your growing to-do list, the anticipation becomes more stressful than the experience itself.

While you can’t snap your fingers and make it Friday at 5 PM, you can adjust your Sunday routine so that you have a more enjoyable evening—and feel ready to rock when your alarm goes off on Monday morning.
