It's not good to be known as "The Card Shark" or "The Hoarder" in networking circles.

Whether you’re looking for a job, searching for a mentor, or just hoping to meet some new people, it’s easy to get carried away with your networking efforts. What starts as a simple technique for getting acquainted with others (like handing out business cards) can quickly turn dire (like literally throwing them at random people you haven’t talked to).
