And they get to enjoy it: label reps are sometimes able to score concert tickets for people at the office—and other times, employees don’t even need to leave their desks. Spotify regularly invites guest artists into the office for live performances, giving employees a front row ticket to the latest acts.

From Stockholm to the Big Apple
Spotify got its start in Sweden, and it made its first break in the European digital music scene. Today, the Stockholm headquarters is home to several hundred employees—and Spotify has offices throughout Europe and the U.S. The New York City office is Spotify’s largest in the U.S., and a fun office for all Spotify employees to visit.
