Alisa’s Story
The Hollywood Sirens
When asked who her fashion inspirations are, Alisa thinks back to her days in film studies class: Audrey Hepburn, Katharine Hepburn, Marlene Dietrich—the old “Hollywood Sirens.” But, of course, she sees inspiration on the street every day, too. And when she does—well, she can’t help but pull out Pose, track down those awesome boots, and buy them.

Alisa’s job involves everything from business development to social media strategy to running promotions, all with the goal of building a larger Pose user base. She calls up brands that Pose wants to partner with, plus she runs focus groups to hear feedback from the app’s “Posers”—the endearing name given to Pose power-users.
