Change Leadership
• Leads organizational change by creating engagement, ownership, and accountability among stakeholders.
• Effectively manages resistance and drives successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Demonstrates resilience and adaptability in dynamic business environments.
• Creates sustainable improvement systems rather than short-term fixes.
Functional and Technical Excellence
• Recognized as a subject matter expert in Quality Excellence, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Provides expert guidance on Lean, Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, Problem Solving, CAPA, Audits, and Quality Systems.
• Coaches project teams on best practices, methodologies, and improvement tools.
