• Collaborating with project leadership to communicate technical deviations and ensure transparent, effective troubleshooting.

• Developing your expertise through hands-on testing and validation of substation equipment, ensuring systems meet their design objectives.

• Ensuring the timely delivery of commissioning tasks by managing your daily responsibilities in line with project goals and budgets.

Special Role Requirements

• Able to travel extensively to and from projects and various field assignments.

• Willing to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

You should be a motivated, hands-on engineering professional with a strong interest in power systems and a commitment to operational quality with:

• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and external customers to achieve shared project goals.

• The capability to perform testing and commissioning activities within high-voltage environments using industry-standard tools.

• An understanding of power system equipment and how to validate their functionality against design specifications.

• An expertise in working safely in construction environments, including the ability to work at height when required.

• A keen interest in mastering modern grid software and expanding your technical knowledge of power systems.

A formal education or certification in Electrical Engineering is nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
