And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Senior Specialist Account Executive, Data 360 & AgentforceTeam: Data 360 Specialist Sales |
Location: [Germany / remote] |
Languages: German and English
The ExperienceMake an impact on how organizations runData and AI are changing how every organization works, and this is where it's happening. Leaders everywhere are asking how to become an agentic enterprise, where AI agents work alongside people to serve customers, solve problems, and take action in real time. Most are held back by the same obstacle: their customer data is scattered, inconsistent, and not ready for AI.
Data 360 unifies customer data in real time.
Agentforce turns that data into AI agents that act for customers and employees. This is no longer a bet on the future. In Salesforce's second quarter of fiscal 2027, Agentforce and Data 360 annual recurring revenue reached nearly $3.9 billion, up over 210% year over year. That makes them the fastest-growing part of Salesforce and the core of its growth path. They are proven at scale with world-leading organizations: Siemens uses Data 360 to power its SiePortal customer platform, AT&T uses Agentforce, Data 360 and MuleSoft to give retail experts real-time customer context, and L'Oréal uses Service Cloud and Data 360 to cut case handling time by 64% for advisors across 25 brands.
Salesforce Delivers Record Second Quarter Fiscal 2027Demand is strong and growing fast, and so is the opportunity to shape it. As a specialist, you own the growth of Data 360 and Agentforce in your assigned segment. You close deals, and you also build the market: turning proven use cases into repeatable plays, equipping colleagues to sell, and creating the reference stories that bring in the next customers.
Your impact will show up in four places:
- On customers: you help them move from AI experiments to agents that deliver measurable results.
- On the market: your wins become the reference stories others follow.
- On colleagues: you equip account teams to spot and sell the opportunity.
- On your career: high visibility and responsibility, in the fastest-growing part of Salesforce and at the center of one of the biggest shifts in business technology.
What you'll Actually Be DoingWin business- Identify, qualify, and close Data 360 and Agentforce opportunities, with annual contract value (ACV) as your core target.
- Support and, where it makes sense, lead deals together with account teams, solution engineers, product specialists, and partners.
- Lead discovery that uncovers real business problems, then judge honestly whether and how Data 360 can solve them.
- Build clear business cases that link our solutions to measurable outcomes.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals through negotiation and close.
Grow your segment- Analyze ACV, pipeline, and pipeline generation for your segment, spot the gaps, and plan and carry out fixes.
- Plan and run events and campaigns that generate pipeline and move deals forward.
- Enable account executives with training, talk tracks, and coaching so they can spot and sell Data 360 opportunities.
- Create and maintain selling assets such as case studies, knowledge bases, and customer stories.
- Turn customer wins into reference stories and proven use cases into repeatable plays for your segment.
- Share your expertise with audiences at company events, customer seminars, or other formats that suit your strengths.
- Align with sales leaders at all levels on priorities and plans for your segment.
You're Our Person If...We hire for what you can do, not where or how you learned it. You don't need every skill listed here. Tell us where you're strongest.
Selling complex solutions- You can run a structured process for high-value, multi-stakeholder deals, from qualification through negotiation to close.
- You can sell solutions customers may not yet see as urgent by connecting them to a business problem, rather than selling from a catalog.
- You can show results against targets, in whatever context you've worked (enterprise, commercial, partner-led, or another model).
Analytical and strategic thinking- You break problems into parts, prioritize, and take action.
- You read numbers such as pipeline, conversion, and revenue, and turn them into a plan.
- You think about growth over the mid to long term, not just this quarter.
Ownership and adaptability- You take ownership of a goal and lead without needing formal authority.
- You change your approach quickly when something isn't working.
- You thrive in a fast-growing market where products, competitors, and playbooks evolve every quarter.
Discovery and storytelling- You lead discovery conversations that surface needs customers hadn't yet put into words.
- You tell persuasive, evidence-based stories to both technical and business audiences.
Technical fluency- You understand how modern data platforms work (for example, cloud data warehouses, data lakes, customer data platforms, integration, and BI tools) well enough to hold credible conversations with technical buyers.
- You can explain data and AI concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- You're curious about AI agents and how they change the way businesses operate.
Collaboration and communication- You work well across teams and bring others along, including by teaching and enabling them.
- You communicate and negotiate clearly in business-level German and English.
Even Better If...
- Experience selling or working with customer data platforms, data warehouses, data lakes, analytics, or AI products
- Experience scaling a fast-growing product or offering
- Familiarity with the Salesforce platform, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery
- Experience working with partners and system integrators
Where your skills can come fromThere's no required degree, number of years, or job title. You might have built these skills in:
- Sales, consulting, or customer-facing technical roles
- Product, marketing, or business development roles that owned growth for a market or segment
- Data, analytics, or engineering roles that moved toward customers
- Entrepreneurship, partnerships, or customer success
- Self-study, certifications, bootcamps, military service, or a career change
If you can show you can do the work, we want to hear from you, and we want to see the impact you can make here.
How we'll evaluate youWe assess skills directly, and every candidate goes through the same steps:
- A conversation about your background and motivation
- A practical exercise with two parts to choose from or combine: a mock discovery call or business-case presentation, and a short segment-growth plan based on sample pipeline data
- A structured interview with the team, scored against the same skills criteria
- A conversation on how you collaborate and what support you need to succeed
