This is your opportunity to sit at the center of one of the world's most dynamic cross-border payments businesses - where your analysis, your judgment, and your ability to connect the dots will directly shape how senior leaders make decisions. You'll work across every function that matters - Product, Sales, Finance, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance - giving you a panoramic view of how a global franchise operates. We're looking for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity and who takes pride in making the people around them sharper and faster. If you want a role where your work is visible, your impact is measurable, and your growth is accelerated, this is it. Join us and help set the pace for what business management looks like at scale.
As a Vice President, Business Manager in Global Clearing within the Payments organization, you will partner with senior product leadership to execute strategy, manage business performance, and maintain operating discipline across our cross-border payments franchise. You will serve as a trusted advisor to product leads - bringing rigorous analytics, governance, and proactive risk management - while coordinating business management activities across a broad global stakeholder set. In this role, you will track revenue, volumes, pipeline, and expenses to surface actionable insights, lead budgeting and forecasting, produce materials for senior leadership, and own risk, controls, and Business Resiliency planning end to end. We value intellectual curiosity, precision, and the ability to translate complexity into clear narratives that move decisions forward.
