At Apple, we believe in the power of technology to enrich people's lives. Everything we build is designed to empower people, including our advertising platform. We deliver ads in a way that benefits both customers and advertisers - helping people discover content, supporting creators, and protecting and respecting everyone's privacy.

Our technology makes advertising possible on the App Store, Apple News, Stocks, and Apple TV. We help developers and marketers of all sizes drive app discovery across the App Store. Our display ads on Apple News and Stocks let advertisers promote their products alongside trusted content in a brand-safe environment, while supporting publishers and journalists. Sponsorship integrations and experiences in live sports on Apple TV help advertisers connect with captivated audiences. Everything we do is with the unwavering commitment to privacy you expect from Apple. Because when advertising is done right, it benefits everyone.

Description

The Reporting Services team is part of Apple Ads, within the Attribution, Measurement, and Reporting organization. We build and run the applications and services that give advertisers and internal Apple teams the metrics and business insights they need to understand how their campaigns perform. Our work covers both the reporting user interface that advertisers use every day and the public Reporting APIs that power customer dashboards, third-party tools, and partner integrations. These APIs carry most of our traffic and serve a high volume of queries every second, so scalability, low latency, and reliability are central to what we do.

As a member of the team, you will design and build backend services in Java, shape the reporting framework behind new reports and metrics, and work closely with product, data platform, front-end, and site reliability teams to bring new reporting capabilities to advertisers around the world. You will help improve query performance, strengthen resiliency and security, and keep our systems healthy in production. We care about clean architecture and operational excellence, and about thinking carefully about how data is presented to customers. If you enjoy solving large-scale data and API challenges in a collaborative environment, this is a great place to make an impact.","responsibilities":"Build the foundational pieces of the next generation of Apple's Ad Platforms
