- Good product sense for e-commerce scenarios.
- Strong ownership and communication; able to drive ambiguous projects end-to-end with PM, Algo, FE, QA, Design, Data, and regional business teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or above degree in Computer Science or related fields from accredited and reputable institutions.
- 7+ years of experience developing highly scalable backend services and systems using at least one of Java/Golang/Python/Scala/C++ programming languages.
- Experience in software programming capabilities, exhibits good code design and coding style.
- Experience in understanding data structure, algorithm design, analysis, and highly scalable systems design.
- Experience in product and business understanding, able to align product engineering directions to support current and future products and business.

Preferred Qualifications:
- E-commerce industry experience is preferred.
