Proficiency producing technical system documentation in AutoCAD, Vectorworks, or similar CAD software, including signal flow diagrams, rack elevations, and room drawings

Advanced proficiency with Apple productivity tools (Keynote, Numbers, Pages)

Minimum Qualifications

Event Production Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, managing, and executing technical AV production for live, virtual, and hybrid events in a corporate or broadcast environment

Broadcast & Signal Flow: Comprehensive knowledge of broadcast video standards, SDI-to-IP workflows, video routing, signal conversion, resolution/frame rate considerations, and color space/HDR standards

Production Management: Proven track record leading live runs-of-show, managing technical crews, and maintaining composure while troubleshooting under tight, real-time deadlines

Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with experience planning, managing and delivering projects with varied and compressed deadlines; proven ability to multi-task across concurrent work-streams

Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to partner effectively, establish rapport, and credibility to foster trust with cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership
