- Documentation Readiness: Ensures service procedures, troubleshooting guides, maintenance and installation documentation, and knowledge base articles are released and available before ramp; facilitates documentation readiness reviews and checklists.
- Spares Readiness: Collaborates with Regional Planning and Global Product Support to define spare parts requirements, recommended and targeted stocking levels, and stocking strategies; monitors spares readiness.
- Governance & Reporting: Coordinates readiness reviews and governance meetings; keeps readiness status visible in dashboards and trackers; escalates risks with owners and mitigation plans; prepares readiness status reporting for leadership.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensures readiness execution is documented and information required by other functions is reported or transferred as appropriate; ensures compliance with Company policies regarding confidentiality, data privacy, and safety.
