Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Turn GIC process and decisions into clear solutions with executable plans - requirements, process flows, and a path the team can build and implement.
- Drive process and system improvements, and keep business and technical partners aligned through release.
- Own UAT and implementation so the solution lands - signed off, on time, and usable by the business.
- Provide project management support for compensation and systems initiatives: stand up the plan (milestones, owners, dependencies), run the cadence, track status/risks/issues, and keep delivery moving when priorities compete.
- Surface risks, issues, and dependencies early; manage sign-off so work does not start on fuzzy alignment.
- Translate the same problem for builders and for leadership. Create simple materials that force a decision.
- Partner across GIC, DET/BT, SOX, and GTM partners.
You're Our Person If...- Job Experience: 5-7+ years experience in business systems, incentive compensation, Finance ops, or adjacent SaaS operations, with a track record of taking work from requirements to a live process or system.
- Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation content skills, including the ability to uplevel materials for executive audiences
- Analytical mindset: Experience using Tableau Dashboards and Salesforce reporting (experience creating Tableau Dashboards preferred)
- Highly organized with strong process management skills
- Creative thinker who can approach problems outside the box
- Dynamic Experience: Comfortable in both program delivery and systems work: you can write a BRD, run a project plan, and sit in UAT.
Even Better If...- Prior experience with sales incentive compensation and/or ICM tools
- Knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform and underlying data structures (Products, Opportunities, Accounts, etc.).
- Experience operating in a highly audited, SOX-compliant data environment.

Salesforce is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a policy of non-discrimination with all employees and applicants for employment. What does that mean exactly? It means that at Salesforce, we believe in equality for all. And we believe we can lead the path to equality in part by creating a workplace that's inclusive, and free from discrimination.
Know your rights: workplace discrimination is illegal. Any employee or potential employee will be assessed on the basis of merit, competence and qualifications - without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, transgender status, age, disability, veteran or marital status, political viewpoint, or other classifications protected by law. This policy applies to current and prospective employees, no matter where they are in their Salesforce employment journey. It also applies to recruiting, hiring, job assignment, compensation, promotion, benefits, training, assessment of job performance, discipline, termination, and everything in between. Recruiting, hiring, and promotion decisions at Salesforce are fair and based on merit. The same goes for compensation, benefits, promotions, transfers, reduction in workforce, recall, training, and education.
In the United States, compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, job level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Salesforce offers a variety of benefits to help you live well including: time off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and an employee stock purchasing program.
