The Role

Your role

As a Lead Customer Partner, you will proactively manage multiple client accounts, primarily regional banks. You will build and strengthen trusted relationships with a broad range of stakeholders-from operational staff to department heads, CIO(Chief Information Officer)s, and bank presidents-and take a consultative sales approach to explore clients' challenges from multiple perspectives.

• Build and strengthen trusted relationships through dialogue with a broad range of stakeholders, from operational staff to department heads, CIOs (Chief Information Officers), and bank presidents

• Explore clients' challenges and needs in depth from multiple perspectives to identify new business opportunities

• Go beyond preparing quotations and responding to requests by evaluating and proposing better solutions for clients

• Ability to demonstrate leadership and proactively manage and drive activities across multiple client accounts

• Consultative selling skills to explore clients' challenges in depth from multiple perspectives and propose better solutions

• Ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities, think and act independently, and work to resolve issues and make improvements

• Motivation to pursue personal growth and improve results, with the ability to proactively make proposals and take action beyond simply responding to requests

• Ability to travel for business and visit clients as required when managing regional bank accounts

Preferred skills and experience
