Drive UAT strategy and execution (planning, coordination, communications, and sign-off) and ensure operational readiness for launch.
- Partner with product owners, analysts, engineers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment to define problems, clarify requirements, and deliver incrementally, while balancing near-term commitments with longer-term platform strategy.
- Client & Partner Focus - Partner with business stakeholders to define clear acceptance criteria, refine backlog items, and ensure requirements are testable and executable. Work directly with Engineering and QA to support solution design, clarify functional behavior, and resolve complex platform issues. Collaborate with Reporting, Client Services, Conversion, Product Support, and Operations to support client readiness, training, and post-launch adoption.
- Strategy - Contribute to the product vision and roadmap for EquiView financial reporting and recordkeeping capabilities by combining market/regulatory awareness with internal stakeholder insights. Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce operational risk, and improve scalability for clients and internal teams.
- Outcomes - Define success measures (quality, timeliness, adoption, and risk reduction) and drive delivery from discovery through launch. Ensure solutions are well-documented, supportable, and aligned to client needs and Schwab operational controls.
