WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Enterprise BDR in the LATAM team is the engine behind Braze’s large company growth. You’ll partner with Account Executives to identify, engage, and qualify prospects at companies with 5,000+ employees, helping leading B2C brands discover how Braze can transform their customer engagement.
This is a high-impact role based in Mexico City. While initially remote, this position may transition to a hybrid work model in the future. You’ll blend volume-driven outreach with personalized, consultative prospecting, researching strategic accounts, crafting relevant messaging, and creating opportunities that directly fuel Braze’s regional pipeline across LATAM.
Main responsibilities:
- Enterprise Outbound Prospecting: Prospect into Enterprise (5,000+ employees) target accounts across key industries such as retail, media, fintech, and travel.
- Pipeline & Meeting Generation: Generate qualified meetings for the Enterprise AE team through multi-channel outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, video).
- Account Research: Research accounts to identify pain points around customer engagement, cross-channel messaging, and data activation.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Executives and marketing to develop territory strategies and prioritize high-potential accounts across the region.
- CRM & Data Hygiene: Maintain accurate activity, prospecting notes, and pipeline data in Salesforce.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Consistently hitting or exceeding monthly qualified meeting and pipeline targets.
- Building a repeatable outreach motion that balances efficiency, volume, and thoughtful personalization.
- Developing strong product and industry knowledge to speak credibly about Braze’s value proposition to executive prospects.
WHO YOU ARE
- Prospecting & Sales Background: Proven track record in outbound prospecting within sales, business development, or high-activity customer-facing roles. Experience in Enterprise SaaS or complex sales environments is a plus.
- Location & Work Flexibility: Based in or near Mexico City, comfortable working remotely initially with openness to transitioning to a hybrid setup.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required to engage prospects and collaborate with global stakeholders. Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
- Self-Discipline & Autonomy: Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage high-volume outreach, prioritize tasks, and maintain strong performance across remote/hybrid environments.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication; ability to craft compelling, concise outreach and articulate value clearly.
- Coachability & Growth Mindset: Eager to learn, open to feedback, and driven to iterate quickly to improve sales techniques.
- Resilience: Comfortable with rejection, persistent, and motivated by ambitious targets and healthy competition.
- Domain & Tool Familiarity: Genuine curiosity in MarTech, SaaS, and customer engagement. Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar sales tech is preferred.
WHY JOIN
- Clear Career Path: Structured progression toward Senior BDR and Account Executive (AE) roles with dedicated leadership coaching and enablement.
- High Impact & Visibility: Partner directly with regional AEs and GTM leadership; your contribution directly impacts Braze’s growth in LATAM.
- Collaborative Culture: Inclusive, supportive team environment focused on shared wins, continuous learning, and peer development.
