About the teamAt Zillow, we are continuously evolving how people move and live, helping to shape the future of real estate. Achieving that vision requires bold thinking, rapid adaptation, and talented people who are excited to tackle complex challenges.
Within that broader ambition, Rentals represents one of the most dynamic opportunities in the industry. Macro trends-from affordability pressures to shifting renter demographics-are transforming how people find and secure homes. At the same time, the market is highly competitive, with large, established players and rapidly evolving expectations from both renters and property professionals.
At Zillow Rentals, our aspiration is clear: to build the largest and most trusted rentals marketplace-helping renters get home while helping our partners unlock success.
Over the past decade, Rentals has grown into the fastest-growing business line at Zillow, powering a marketplace that connects millions of renters with property managers and owners across the country. While we've made tremendous progress, we believe the most exciting opportunities still lie ahead.
The stakes are high. With persistent housing affordability challenges and fluctuating vacancy rates across markets, the need for better tools, transparency, and efficiency in renting has never been greater. Our goal is to build products that make renting easier for consumers while enabling our partners to operate more successfully in a rapidly changing landscape.
Within Rentals, Single Family (SF) advertising is one of our biggest growth opportunities. Zillow already reaches most of the single-family rental market, but we have a big opportunity to help these listings even more. In 2027 we're relaunching our SF advertising products to that opportuntiy, and we're building the marketing program to help that relaunch land.
About the roleZillow Rentals is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Specialist to own marketing for our Single Family (SF) advertising products, the paid advertising products that help single-family rental owners and property managers fill vacancies faster on Zillow.
This role will shape product-market fit for our SF advertising products, along with how they are positioned and brought to market for business audiences, from mid-market property management companies to large institutional owners. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Sales, Data Science, Research, Comms, and Marketing, you'll translate customer insights and performance data into clear value propositions and proof of value.
As the first dedicated marketer for SF advertising, you'll run the program end to end, from positioning and launch planning to hands-on execution in sales enablement, email, web, and industry events, while partnering with shared Comms, Brand, Media, and Web teams. This role is ideal for a product marketer who likes building from the ground up, brings structure to ambiguity, and wants real ownership of business outcomes. It requires strong writing skills, structured thinking, and the ability to simultaneously manage many cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving environment.

- Build and maintain sales enablement yourself: talk tracks, one-pagers, objection handling, case studies, and ROI stories
- Support enterprise renewal and mid-market sales plays, and run the feedback loop with Sales on customer needs and objections
- Serve as the connective tissue between Sales and the rest of the org, bringing Voice of Sales insights into product roadmap and campaign plans
RUN THE MARKETING PROGRAM
- Plan lifecycle email (onboarding, migration, nurture, partner newsletter), web content and testing, and paid demand generation, working with shared partners as applicable
