Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy & Execution: Spearhead end-to-end growth strategies to drive high-quality SMB new advertiser acquisition globally.
- Budget & Agency Oversight: Manage performance marketing budgets, define OKRs/KPIs, and steer external paid media agencies to maximize marketing ROI through campaign optimization and channel diversification.
- Data-Driven Growth: Leverage data analytics and customer insights to identify funnel friction and growth levers, formulating creative and audience strategies to hit acquisition and retention goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with PM, Data Science, Ops, Marketing, and Sales teams to deploy new marketing capabilities, incentive schemes, and product features that unlock scalable user growth.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):
- 5+ years in managing large-scale campaigns across diversified channels (media-buying and performance ads strategy)
- 3+ years working in enterprise B2B business
- Good experience with a mix of work between hands-on execution and strategy.
- Platform and tool independence - able to thrive using any platform, with deep understanding of the digital marketing fundamentals.
- Deep understanding of growth & optimization, best practices such as A/B testing.
- Experience working in the APAC market and understanding regional nuances

Preferred Qualification(s):
- Growth mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity
