• Drive timely closure of change requests by following-up with action owners to ensure completion of required tasks, documentation, communication, and validation before closure.
• Communicate risks and delays to appropriate leadership when approvals, implementation actions, or validation activities are not completed as required.
• Prepare and communicate performance indicators such as open changes, aging, overdue actions, approval cycle time, on-time completion, validation completion, closure effectiveness, and recurring issues.
• Identify process gaps, recurring delays, unclear ownership, routing issues, and documentation weaknesses; recommend improvements to strengthen process effectiveness.
