- Help agencies become increasingly self-sufficient and capable of scaling TikTok solutions across their client portfolios.
- Diagnose problems and solve them independently.
- Manage execution of a high volume of simultaneous workstreams with strong ownership and discipline.

- Demonstrated ability to analyse business or campaign performance and translate data into clear recommendations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics simply.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues, ask the right questions, and recommend practical next steps. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and workstreams with strong ownership and follow-through.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating ambiguity.
- High learning agility and willingness to quickly build expertise across new products, solutions, and market developments. Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate accurately with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with major media agency groups, particularly large network or Big 6 agencies.
- Experience managing enterprise advertisers or complex agency portfolios across multiple clients and verticals.
- Strong understanding of agency operating models, including planning, trading, performance, commerce, strategy, and client leadership functions.
- Experience driving commercial growth, product adoption, or revenue expansion within an agency or platform environment.
