Innovation Consultant profile to join our team.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional experience in project management, Research and Development (R&D), innovation, or technology maturity assessment.
- Knowledge of technology maturity frameworks such as TRL, MRL, and Stage-Gate.
- Experience preparing executive reports, presentations, and management materials.
- Experience analyzing technical and business information to support project assessments and decision-making.
- Experience supporting workshops, project forums, and interactions with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of innovation governance and R&D portfolio management.
- Familiarity with KPIs, dashboards, and project monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement practices, such as Kaizen.
- Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities - Support technology maturity assessments using TRL, MRL, Stage-Gate, and related methodologies.
- Support technical and strategic evaluations of innovation projects.
- Organize project gate sessions and document key decisions.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, dashboards, and project updates.
- Monitor project deliverables, KPIs, risks, and governance requirements.
- Support workshops, training sessions, and project evaluation forums.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the innovation lifecycle.
