You bring broad experience in XD leadership, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to foster a positive, collaborative environment. You also understand the nuances of information architecture, usability, digital platforms, physical retail spaces, and systematic design logic.

In this role, you will work closely with creative leadership and cross-functional partners across Worldwide, Geo, and Greater China Marcom teams.

Discover and nurture new talent, build your team for an ongoing calendar of projects, and manage outside agencies and vendors when needed.

Preferred Qualifications
Your work is grounded in clear strategic thinking and original ideas, executed with structural logic, usability, and meticulous attention to detail.
You use a range of tools to express your experience strategies and concepts, from hand sketches and wireframes to user flows and rapid prototypes.
Excellent management, mentorship, and interpersonal skills. You can present, collaborate, and respectfully debate with senior partners in a clear and articulate manner.
A Bachelor's degree with a multidisciplinary educational background such as human-computer interaction, psychology, computer science, information sciences, commerce, or a related discipline.

A global perspective with an awareness of the latest digital trends and strategic methodologies.
Deep exposure to local culture in China and its unique interactive and retail landscape.
Proven ability to map and orchestrate cohesive, strategically driven user journeys that span digital platforms and physical in-store experiences.
Fluent in analytics, usability tests, and other forms of qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform and validate your strategies.
