Responsibilities

The Global Business Marketing (GBM) team champions TikTok in the B2B landscape, showing advertisers and sales teams how TikTok's creative ecosystem drives real business results. We build the stories, education, and go-to-market programs that sellers use to deepen client relationships across markets.

Working with brands of all sizes, we also bring campaigns to life through creative ideation, brand and event strategy, and the design and production of TikTok for Business marketing, so advertisers can create content that connect with audiences. Trends, consumer behavior, and advertising formats all move quickly on TikTok. The challenge is turning what makes the platform engaging into solutions that are creative, measurable, and scalable across very different markets, without making the experience feel like traditional advertising.

You will shape how the market understands TikTok as a business platform, and help brands show up authentically on it.

The vision of the Global Business Marketing (GBM) team is to create a global brand that amplifies our mission and establishes TikTok as a unique and critical investment for the industry we serve. Fostering best in class creative work on our platform, inspiring the industry through storytelling and showcasing our unique business brand at scale is the core focus of our collective team. Our purpose is to inspire, educate and unlock the possibilities on TikTok for the marketing community and businesses of all sizes.

We are looking for an experienced marketer to handle regional marketing activations across MENA, based out of Dubai.

This role is designed for a hands-on marketing professional who can plan, execute, and measure high-impact campaigns, events, experiences, and client-facing initiatives that directly support commercial growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience activating marketing campaigns in-market, managing suppliers and agencies, coordinating stakeholders, and proving the business impact of marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
- Develop and lead B2B acquisition marketing strategies to identify, engage, and convert new clients through media and creative agencies, ecosystem partners, and industry associations.
- Manage end-to-end CRM, database and lead operations, including MQL tracking, lead qualification, data governance, vendor coordination, and performance reporting to drive efficient customer acquisition and conversion outcomes.
- Independently lead high-impact, cross-functional projects in collaboration with sales, product, finance, operations, and regional stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
- Manage reporting processes, including OKRs, QBRs, annual planning, and performance tracking of key initiatives.
- Analyze marketing channel performance, particularly events and field marketing initiatives, to derive actionable insights, optimize effectiveness, and scale best practices.
- Oversee marketing budget management, including resource allocation, governance, utilization tracking, and reporting to support business growth objectives
- Partner closely with regional and local market teams to strengthen alignment, drive operational synergy, and elevate business performance across MENA.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, consulting or business strategy.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid, agile, and often ambiguous growth environment.
- Good understanding and appreciation of the business landscape and culture across MENA markets.
- A team player and collaborator, strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
- Experience in media, advertising or technology industries preferred.
- Proven experience in customer acquisition, demand generation, lead management, or business development, with a strong track record of driving lead generation, MQL conversion, and pipeline growth through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with acquisition, demand generation and lead generation, preferably from Enterprise and Saas companies
- Excellent in project management. Ability to quickly complete/execute large volumes of work with high quality and attention to detail.
- Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the ground up.
- Strong communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role and experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
