You will bridge the gap between Mobile and Desktop, delivering a seamless ecosystem that maximizes user engagement, retention, and creator productivity on the Web.

Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for TikTok Desktop/PC and define its unique large-screen value proposition.
- Lead recommendation and personalization strategy for Web, partnering with algorithm and data teams to optimize feed ranking, session depth, retention, and creator discovery.
- Design web-native user experiences optimized for mouse-and-keyboard interaction to increase engagement.
- Build cross-device continuity between App and Web, leveraging shared user signals to improve recommendation quality and drive conversion.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- 5+ years of PM experience in consumer internet, preferably Web/PC products.
- Experience with recommendation systems, ranking strategies, or feed-based products is preferred.
- Strong data-driven mindset with hands-on experimentation experience.
