Responsibilities

TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Client needs, market trends, and performance expectations shift constantly, and differently in every market. We build strategy accordingly, turning those moving pieces into advertising solutions that work and client partnerships that last.

You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners.

About the Team
The Southeast Asia (SEA) Regional Business team within Global Business Solutions partners with leading agencies and market players to accelerate user growth and marketing success. We do this by delivering tailored strategies, advanced measurement solutions, ad tech integrations, and innovative platform offerings.
As an Agency Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for growing our agency business. You will lead efforts to scale existing partnerships and identify and develop new business opportunities, while serving as a trusted advisor to agencies and brands. Your work will empower partners to achieve measurable results with TikTok platforms, and ensure strong alignment with global strategies.

Responsibilities
- Define and co-own account plans to unlock investments and drive clients' business objectives
- Identify, develop, and convert new business and whitespace opportunities across agencies, advertisers, and emerging partner segments to drive incremental revenue growth
- Act as a trusted consultant to agencies and brands across full-funnel digital media and e-commerce, translating client needs and market insights into effective solutions
- Create persuasive sales presentations, commercial proposals, and business cases using market trends, case studies, product collateral, and performance insights
- Retain and grow revenue from advertisers and consistently exceed quarterly sales goals
- Build and sustain strong relationships with agencies and brands, delivering a high standard of consultancy and service
- Roll out agency training, enablement, and certification programs to strengthen partner capabilities
- Mobilize and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally and regionally across product, marketing, legal, engineering, and sales to address client opportunities and challenges
- Identify and implement relevant TikTok advertising solutions and new product opportunities to deliver measurable client outcomes
- Ensure smooth campaign execution from start to finish by coordinating closely with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in ad tech sales, digital media, agency partnerships, strategy, or business development
- Strong understanding of digital media platforms, ad tech ecosystems, and full-funnel advertising across branding, performance, and e-commerce
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify, develop, and convert new business and whitespace opportunities
- Strong understanding of global network agency structures, agency group hierarchies, and how media investment decisions are made
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior agency and client stakeholders
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to translate data, market trends, and client needs into actionable business opportunities
- Excellence in English & Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken, to manage partnerships with Chinese and local clients.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working directly with independent agency owners, founders, C-level executives, and other key decision makers
- Strong ability to build trusted senior-level relationships and influence commercial and strategic decisions
- Experience identifying and developing new agency or partner relationships from prospecting through commercial activation
- Good understanding of how independent agencies make investment, partnership, and business growth decisions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, agility, and the ability to identify opportunities in a fast-changing environment
- Understanding of budget shift mechanics across platforms, channels, and campaign types, including advising partners on investment reallocation
- Proficiency with SQL, data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, or database pipelines is a plus
