The LATAM Operations team drives TikTok Shop's business in Latin America, operating across markets including Mexico and Brazil. We are organized into vertical Category Management teams covering brand expansion, localized category operations, and merchant lifecycle growth, alongside centralized functions for creator operations, campaign operations, project management, and agency partnerships. Working closely with product, commercial, logistics, and governance teams, we tailor local strategies for merchants ranging from emerging local sellers to international brands.
