- Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, Copilot) to improve engineering effectiveness and promote responsible adoption across teams. Leverage AI to both improve time-to-market and quality of software overall.
- Champion best practices for performance, accessibility, security, maintainability, and user experience across all digital properties.
Digital Experience Delivery & Business Impact - Drive engineering investments that improve conversion rates, customer engagement, platform reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure work is well-scoped, well-designed, and delivered predictably while maintaining a high standard of quality.

- Establish and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability practices.
- Ensure teams are prepared for production support and operational responsibilities.
- Promote a shift-left mindset for quality, security, observability, and operational readiness.
Cross-Functional Leadership - Work effectively with Product, UX, Marketing, e-Commerce, Engineering, DevOps and Infrastructure, and business stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes.
- Communicate technical trade-offs, risks, platform strategy, and delivery impacts clearly to executive and non-technical audiences.
- Influence technical direction through credibility, collaboration, and strong engineering leadership.
- Partner with business teams to translate customer and organizational goals into scalable technology solutions.
- Talent Leadership & Mentorship
