advance the quality of analytics output.

• Drive Client Impact: Partner with Client Services and Sales to translate client needs into

customized analytics and reporting that delivers real value

• Set Standards & Quality: Establish and enforce rigorous standards for analytical output,

ensuring consistency and excellence across all deliverables

• Manage Capacity & Priorities: Forecast demand, allocate resources strategically, and

balance competing priorities across multiple workstreams

• Build Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate at senior levels across Client Services,

Sales, Product, and Engineering to position analytics capability and drive adoption

• Represent Advanced Analytics in senior internal forums and in significant client

engagements

• Bridge Strategy & Execution: Translate leadership strategy into concrete delivery plans,

methodologies, and ways of working for your teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics/reporting; 5+ years managing teams (including Managers or senior

individual contributors)

• Product mindset: Experience developing and launching analytical tools or solutions

through to adoption

• AI inquisitiveness: Knowledge of the current AI landscape and trends and an interest in

leveraging AI in the continuous improvement of advanced analytics tools/methods used by

your team.

• Technical depth: Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and a major BI platform (Tableau,

Power BI, Looker, etc.); Python/R and cloud data platforms a plus

• Leadership excellence: Proven ability to develop Managers, set meaningful objectives,

deliver feedback, and build high-performing teams

• Client-focused: Experience in agency, consulting, or client-facing environments; comfort

translating complex needs into actionable analytics

• Strategic operator: Ability to balance day-to-day delivery with longer-term capability

building; strong judgment under pressure

• Communicator: Writes and presents effectively to senior and cross-functional audiences

• Bachelor's degree

Why This Role

You'll have real autonomy to shape how analytics drives client value, lead talented practitioners, and build products that scale globally-all while staying hands-on with the work that matters most.
