The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Experience
Are you a high-energy, consultative sales professional passionate about helping fast-growing businesses scale? As a Mid Market Cloud Account Executive, you will be the driving force behind empowering mid-sized businesses across Australia to compete like enterprise giants.
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, introducing Mid Market leaders to the future of AI and data through Salesforce Agentforce and Data 360. In this role, you aren't just selling software. You are acting as a strategic growth partner, helping businesses unlock their data, automate their customer service and sales with autonomous AI agents, and accelerate their revenue.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love navigating complex organisations and engaging with C-level and senior business leaders, and want to be at the forefront of the AI revolution, this is the role for you.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Drive Growth: Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and qualifying to negotiating and closing, focused on the dynamic Mid Market segment.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Engage with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, and functional heads across sales, service, and operations to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how Agentforce and Data 360 can drive efficiency, scalability, and measurable ROI.
- Demystify AI & Data: Show scaling organisations how they can deploy autonomous AI agents (Agentforce) and unify fragmented customer data (Data 360) to break down silos and operate with enterprise-grade intelligence.
- Navigate Complex Deals: Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building consensus across business, IT, finance, and procurement to progress opportunities and close with confidence.
- Manage a Strategic Pipeline: Balance a healthy volume of active opportunities with larger, more complex deals, prioritising effectively to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with internal lead generation, marketing, solution engineering, and customer success teams to create compelling, tailored demonstrations and business cases that speak directly to a mid-sized organisation's unique pain points.
You're Our Person If...
- Mid Market B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in a quota-carrying technology or SaaS sales role, specifically selling into the Mid Market or Commercial space.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter attitude with the ability to navigate evolving sales cycles and adapt quickly to the changing needs of growing organisations.
- Consultative Approach: Ability to build credibility with senior executives and multiple stakeholders, translating complex AI and data capabilities into clear business value and a compelling ROI story.
- Tech & AI Curiosity: A strong interest in AI technologies and data analytics, with the ability to quickly learn and articulate the benefits of Agentforce and Data 360.
- Strong Pipeline Management: Excellent organisational skills to manage a multi-threaded pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting, and maintain consistent activity levels.
Even Better If...- Platform & AI Fluency: Hands-on experience selling Salesforce or a comparable CRM, data, or AI platform, with the ability to hold credible conversations about data strategy and AI adoption.
- Complex, Multi-Product Selling: A track record of selling multi-cloud solutions and co-selling with partners to land larger deals across several teams and use cases.
