Responsibilities

About the team
We are the Indonesia TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Semi-Consignment team, committed to helping small and medium-sized sellers without extensive e-commerce operation capabilities better succeed on TikTok Shop through operational actions such as managing subsidies, creator matchmaking, and ads.

About the role
We are looking for a talented To B Marketing Operations professional with a global mindset, strong merchant growth thinking, and deep local market insight to join our Indonesia Semi-Consignment business team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving B2B merchant growth in the Indonesia market. You will be responsible for developing and executing localized marketing strategies across merchant acquisition, merchant education, ecosystem partnerships, go-to-market campaigns, and content communication-helping high-quality merchants understand the platform value proposition, join the platform, and grow successfully.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute To B marketing strategies and programs for the Indonesian SMEs, supporting merchant acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention;
- Design merchant-facing marketing campaigns, communication content, and growth initiatives based on business goals, merchant needs, and market dynamics;
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including business development, sales, operations, and product to optimize the merchant growth funnel and improve acquisition and conversion performance;
- Lead the planning and execution of projects such as merchant recruitment events, industry seminars, online campaigns, merchant success storytelling, content marketing, and channel partnership programs;
- Build and manage local ecosystem partnerships in Indonesia, including industry associations, service providers, agencies, media, and other business partners;
- Analyze campaign and program performance through data tracking and post-project reviews, continuously improving marketing ROI and building repeatable growth playbooks for the Indonesia market;
- Stay up to date on trends in Indonesian e-commerce, cross-border business, platform growth, and B2B marketing, and provide insights to support business strategy.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, International Business, or related fields;
- Solid experience in To B marketing, merchant growth, platform growth, ecosystem partnership, or commercial marketing;
- Strong understanding of B2B user acquisition and conversion logic, with end-to-end project experience from strategy to execution;
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, project management capabilities, and a results-driven mindset;
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify problems through data and drive strategy optimization;
- Prior understanding of the Indonesia market, local merchant ecosystem, or Southeast Asia expansion business is preferred;
- Fluent Indonesian and English (required), which can be used as languages for daily work and external business communication.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in or with the Indonesia market;
- Experience in e-commerce platforms, cross-border business, merchant operations, or channel marketing;
- Proven success in building market programs or driving business growth from 0 to 1.
