The role also requires strong strategic program management skills to lead large, ambiguous initiatives from problem definition through implementation. - Translate abuse trends, operational insights and external developments into clear policy guidance, enforcement frameworks, and platform mitigation strategies.
- Drive the development of scalable enforcement approaches, including strategies that leverage automation, and human review to improve detection accuracy and policy effectiveness.
- Lead large cross-functional projects from scoping through execution, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, clear decision-making, and timely delivery of policy outcomes.
- Communicate policy rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences, including leadership, regional teams, and cross-functional partners.
- Monitor the evolving risk landscape related to account abuse and integrity harms, and proactively identify gaps, emerging threats, and opportunities to strengthen TikTok's policy posture.
