- Use delivery metrics and analytical reasoning (e.g., throughput, cycle time, aging work, defects, risks, dependencies) to assess performance, improve predictability, and optimize execution.
- Support AI/ML and data initiatives by coordinating cross-product and cross-line-of-business stakeholders, clarifying requirements, and ensuring delivery plans reflect model/data dependencies and controls.
- Synthesize complex information into clear problem statements, recommended actions, delivery plans, and risk assessments that are customer- and stakeholder-focused.
- Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate planning and risk synthesis (e.g., drafting plans, RAID, and status narratives), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills - Formal training or certification on technical program management concepts and advanced applied experience in technical project/program management delivering complex technology initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to break down business, technical, and operational objectives into structured plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
