You will develop specific measurement and test plans for different new R&D concepts on power transformer mock-ups, scale models and R&D prototypes, covering mechanical performance, insulation characteristics, temperature rise, short-circuit impedance, partial discharge, especially comprehensive analysis of strain and vibration and other critical mechanical parameters.

2. You will build, calibrate, and deploy measurement test systems and advanced sensing technologies (fiber optics measures, accelerometers, strain gauges, DIC). Conduct standardized test execution, and ensure the accuracy, repeatability and traceability of test data in high-voltage and high-mechanical stress environment.

3. You will conduct in-depth analysis of test data, identify design and process failure in transformer mock-ups, and put forward targeted technical improvement suggestions to support R&D project progress. Correlate empirical measurement data with structural FEA simulation to support performance upgrade.

4. You will develop and maintain automated data processing, signal filtering, and post-processing pipelines (utilizing tools as MATLAB or Python) Optimize measurement methods and test procedures in different scenarios, track advanced measurement technologies in the power transformer industry, and promote the improvement of internal R&D testing capabilities.
