About the team
TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Client needs, market trends, and performance expectations shift constantly, and differently in every market. We build strategy accordingly, turning those moving pieces into advertising solutions that work and client partnerships that last.
You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early.

Business Analytics, Market Insights & Reporting:
- Analyze advertising revenue, client performance and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and generate actionable business insights.
- Research developments in digital advertising, media consumption, consumer behavior and emerging marketing trends to inform commercial strategies.
- Build, maintain and enhance dashboards and reports to support account health tracking and business performance reviews.
- Conduct deep dives into advertiser segments, industry verticals, landscapes and opportunities for TikTok's advertising business.
Cross-Functional Projects & Commercial Initiatives:
- Support strategic projects and commercial initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, Product, Agency Partnerships and other cross-functional teams.
- Assist in coordinating client engagements, go-to-market activities and advertising-related initiatives to ensure timely execution.
- Track project milestones, manage stakeholder dependencies and follow through on key deliverables.
- Contribute research, insights and fresh perspectives on content trends, creator marketing, advertising solutions and opportunities for brands on TikTok.
Strategic & Operational Support to Leadership:
- Assist in preparing leadership presentations, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), business planning materials and strategic recommendations.
- Support the development of industry analyses, account strategies and business growth initiatives.
- Work closely with sales leadership to identify commercial opportunities, improve productivity and support key business priorities.
- Help streamline internal processes, maintain business trackers and coordinate follow-ups across teams.
