- Identify and mitigate delivery risks across the book of work, escalating issues as necessary to maintain momentum and quality
- Design, code, test, and deliver software leveraging firm-wide frameworks and best practices for the ServiceNow platform
- Champion and enhance scrum practices to drive continuous improvement across team processes and delivery cadence
- Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices within the work environment to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes (e.g., AI-assisted code review/refactoring, test strategy acceleration, incident/root-cause analysis support), while establishing consistent validation standards (secure coding, peer review, automated testing) and promoting reuse of effective patterns across the team
- Apply knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and advanced applied experience

- Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations; ability to guide peers on safe and effective usage within team practices
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow architect or team lead, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Active ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data and security models, and application framework, including integrations and authentication patterns

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Proficiency in ServiceNow performance optimization, including scripting, indexing, query tuning, and Performance Analytics
