About SalesforceSalesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Become a driving force at Salesforce, winning new business and shaping the future of the
German energy and utilities industry. This role is built for a hunter - someone who thrives on opening new doors, landing new logos, and bringing the transformative power of the Salesforce Customer 360 platform to companies that haven't yet experienced it.
About the OpportunityAs an Enterprise Account Executive focused on new business, you will be the tip of the spear in acquiring net-new customers across the German utilities sector. You'll identify, engage, and close deals with C-suite decision-makers and key stakeholders at companies that are navigating critical challenges like the energy transition, grid modernization, and evolving customer demands.
This role is about winning. You will:
- Hunt and Develop a New Logo Pipeline: Proactively identify and target net-new accounts across the German utilities (Stadtwerke) landscape. You'll build and own a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities from the ground up - cold outreach, events, partner networks, and your own industry relationships.
- Win New Business: Engage prospects early, uncover their most pressing business challenges, and craft compelling value propositions that position Salesforce as the must-have solution. You close deals - full stop.
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Drive complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals from first contact through to contract signature, leveraging Salesforce's extensive internal resources, pre-sales, and partner ecosystem to win.
What Makes a Great MatchWe're looking for a proven hunter with a deep understanding of the German utilities sector and a track record of winning new business. We welcome experts from diverse professional backgrounds - whether your sales DNA was forged in
consulting, technology sales, or the industry itself. You likely bring:
- Proven New Business Track Record: A demonstrated history of prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing net-new enterprise accounts - you don't wait for leads to come to you.
- Industry Expertise: A strong understanding of the German energy and utilities market, including its key players, buying dynamics, and the challenges driving digital transformation today.
- Hunter Mentality: You're self-driven, resilient, and energized by the challenge of opening doors that aren't yet open. Rejection fuels you, not stops you.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to map complex organizations, identify key power sponsors, and build winning account strategies that accelerate deal velocity.
- Solution-Oriented: A talent for translating customer pain into a compelling, ROI-driven technology story that resonates at the executive level.
- Communication: Fluency in both German and English is essential. You can command a boardroom, run a crisp discovery call, and write a persuasive executive summary.
- Team Player: You know how to orchestrate an account team - SEs, partners, executives - to support your deals and maximize your chance of winning.
Why Join Us?At Salesforce, we back our hunters. You'll have the brand, the product portfolio, the tools, and the support to go after - and win - the biggest opportunities in the market.
