Responsibilities

TikTok's Global Business Solutions team partners with businesses across Europe to help them understand, adopt, and grow through TikTok's innovative advertising solutions. Our products are high-impact, creative, and built to deliver meaningful value for brands, agencies, and users.

We are looking for graduates to join our GBS Sales Graduate Programme. This programme is designed for curious, commercially minded individuals who are excited by technology, digital advertising, customer solutions, and business partnering. In this role, you will build a strong foundation in TikTok's advertising products, platform capabilities, client solutions, and data-led storytelling, while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The typical progression pathway from this programme is into a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) or Brand Partnership Manager (BPM) role, where you will continue to develop as a trusted partner to clients and cross-functional teams. Launch your career where inspiration is infinite at TikTok.

We are looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a graduate, you will get opportunities to pursue bold ideas, tackle complex challenges, and unlock limitless growth. Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year. Please state your availability and graduation date clearly in your resume. Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to our Company and its affiliates' jobs globally. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.

- Analyse campaign and business performance data, identify actionable insights, and help translate findings into clear, compelling narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to client solution development by combining product knowledge, customer needs, creative thinking, and commercial context.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Client Solutions, Product, Measurement, Marketing, and Operations, to stay informed on platform updates and support effective execution.
- Assist with campaign reporting and performance reviews, delivered both in person and virtually, to help improve outcomes and support future revenue growth.
- Support stakeholder communication by preparing presentations, summaries, trackers, and documentation that are accurate, structured, and easy to understand.
- Assist with project planning, progress tracking, meeting coordination, data hygiene, and other operational tasks that help teams deliver effectively at pace.
