Responsibilities

About the team
The Platform Responsibility team is responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining machine learning models and operational processes that support TikTok's Trust & Safety systems. We ensure that automated safety models perform effectively in identifying harmful content, mitigating risks, and maintaining a safe user environment across regions.

The Platform Responsibility team is bringing disruptive innovation to content safety through the deep application of AI. We are building next-generation infrastructure that leverages advanced LLMs to reshape risk detection and governance. By engineering high-quality data pipelines and integrating AI into core decision-making, we drive exponential efficiency gains and precision. Working at the intersection of scalable engineering and technology, we empower global business growth while serving as the foundation of user trust.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Candidates may apply to a maximum of two positions across Our Company and its affiliates globally. Applications will be considered in the order they are submitted. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early. Please clearly state your availability in your resume, including your start and end dates.
