Restaurant365 is seeking a GTM FP&A Manager to join our dynamic Financial Planning and Analysis team. This isn’t your typical finance role – you’ll be at the intersection of Go-To-Market Strategy, Financial Planning, and Strategic Finance, directly impacting revenue growth and business acceleration, while helping to build a world-class finance organization
As our GTM FP&A Manager, you’ll be the strategic financial partner to our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. You’ll work directly with C-suite and senior executives translating complex data into actionable insights that influence million-dollar decisions. How you'll add value:

Become the go-to expert on GTM KPIs, customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and revenue performance metrics
What you'll need to be successful in this role:

Proven track record working with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, etc.) to drive strategic and collaborative outcomes

Bonus, but not required: proficiency with our business tools (Salesforce, Intacct, Adaptive, Gong, etc.) and experience incorporating AI into finance workflows and 2-3 years of PE or investment banking experience.

- This position has a salary range of $96,400 - $144,600. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
