- Oversee Japanese linguistic quality via LQA audits, in-context testing, and UX/content review.
- Establish and maintain Japanese localization guidelines, e-Commerce terminology standards, and CJK typography/UI line-breaking rules across iOS, Android, and Web.
- Leverage AI-powered localization by optimizing LLM prompts, MT post-editing (MTPE) workflows, and quality evaluation criteria.
- Build and maintain language assets such as Japanese terminology databases, translation memories, and style guides.
- Manage external localization vendors (LSPs), conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for quality issues, and drive continuous training and improvement.
